The competition consists of 3 parts: Presentation about business and policies to ensure benefits for employees; the Knowledge section and the Case study section. Most of the competition content related to the Labor Law 2019, the Law on Social Insurance, the Law on Trade Union … and other legal documents related to employees.
In the Knowledge section and the Case study section, the HPC team excellently overcame most of the questions and challenges. Each individual not only shows extensive legal knowledge but also brings meaningful messages to the audience.
Over the past years, HPC has always been a enterprise that attaches great importance to fully equipping with legal knowledge related to the rights, obligations and responsibilities of employees. Thereby, it helps to better enforce the law and build harmonious labor relations in the enterprise. Previously, on June 13, HPC cooperated with the Trade Union of Hanoi Industry and Trade and Hanoi Labor Newspaper to organize an online exchange session “Rights and obligations of employees and employers in the Labor Law 2019, effective from 1/1/2021 ”.
