The company’s factory is located in An Phat High-tech Industrial Park, Km47, QL5, Viet Hoa Ward, Hai Duong, Hai Duong Province with an area of about 5,600m2, was expected to go into operation in the third quarter of 2019.
A synchronized equipment system was invested 100% new from Japan with famous brands such as Yasda, Makino, Fanuc … With the support of Japanese experts’ experience in technology, VMC has the capacity to design and manufacture molds from ultra-precision to large-sized molds for the automotive industry such as Bumper, Instrument Panel, Steps Assy … while few domestic enterprises can produce these.
VMC plans to supply 200 – 250 molds / year to the market and will increase to 500 products, aiming to become a leading enterprise in the mold industry in Vietnam. The ownership of a mold factory will help An Phat Holdings take the initiative in designing, manufacturing, producing supporting components as well as being proactive in maintanence, reduced time and production costs.
