Professional custom mold production at Hanoi Plastics
To ensure the quality and progress of each project, Hanoi Plastics builds a strict and professional mold production process:
Step 1: Receive customer requirements about products: dimensions, materials, tolerances, drawings…
Step 2: Consultation and quotation: After receiving information from the customer, the technical team will consider the feasibility of the product, thereby consulting and quoting, and the time to complete the product.
Step 3: Agree on the plan: Once the customer has agreed to the quotation, we will redesign and send the customer the final drawing.
Step 4: Processing and QC: Hanoi Plastics’ technical team will program and process mechanically according to the agreed drawings, and Hanoi Plastics has a system of QC machines to ensure that the products are delivered to you with the right quality as required.
Step 5: Delivery: after the product has been completed and meets the quality standards, we will proceed to deliver the goods to the company or transport them to the customer’s workshop.
